How long does order fulfillment take?
All orders require 4–5 business days for fulfillment before they ship. Once your order is packed and labeled, you will receive a tracking email automatically.
How long does shipping take?
After fulfillment:
- USA: 2–5 business days

Will these bolts fit my bike?
Yes — each kit is designed for specific e-moto models. Product pages include detailed fitment info, and you can contact us anytime for help choosing the right bolts.
Do the bolts come in different colors?
Our titanium hardware is offered in a blue anodized finish, which is our signature and most popular color. If you are interested in other finishes—such as gold, rainbow, or purple—feel free to reach out. We may be able to accommodate custom color requests depending on availability.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — unused items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Check our Shipping & Returns page for details.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We will replace any damaged or incorrect items at no cost to you. Simply email us a photo and your order number.
How do I get help choosing the right bolts?
Email us at riverfield1003@icloud.com with your bike model and the part you're upgrading. Photos are helpful but optional. We’ll guide you to the right setup.
Are titanium bolts safe for critical components?
Yes — Grade 5 titanium is extremely strong and reliable. For high-stress components such as brakes, suspension, or drivetrain parts, proper installation and correct torque specs are recommended.
